What is the purpose with Certifiqat.com?

Certifiqat.com is a platform where certified companies can manage and showcase their certifications, awards and other official documents building their brand and trust. We are aiming to be the largest database where you find, verify and downloads certifications.

I am a Quality Manager. How does Certifiqat support my job?

By having the company’s certificates gathered in one place, they become more easily accessible to customers, suppliers, and employees. You can simply refer to the database where all your certificates are stored. This will simplify things for you in several ways:

  • No need to spend time emailing or searching for current certificates. Provide your customers with the link to your profile.
  • You can more easily check your suppliers’ certificates—just ask them to join the database first.

Do you have a badge that we can use on our website?

Yes, there is a Certifiqat badge used by almost all companies. You will gain access to all badges and marketing materials once you’ve become a client. There are two different versions: dark or light.

 

What is the advantage of using the badge?

Certified companies are generally quite poor at displaying their certificates and other trust documents on their websites.

With the help of the badge, visitors are linked to your profile where everything is neatly and nicely collected in one place. It simply highlights your efforts and compliance.

Does Certifiqat ensure or take responsibility for the validity and authenticity of the certificates?

At present, Certifiqat.com does not take responsibility for ensuring that the certificates are authentic and valid. However, we systematically work to prevent fraud and ensure that inappropriate documents are not uploaded to the database.

Does the platform use AI (artificial intelligence)?

Yes, the platform uses AI for language translation.

Which languages are available and how good are the translations?

English is chosen as the main language, which is then translated into 15-20 languages. You can find the language options by clicking the “Lang:” to the right on the website and then: “Select your preferred language:”

The quality of the translations is consistently very high with AI, but not completely 100% perfect. There may be some minor language inaccuracies.

I represent an Indian company and we want to join Certifqat. Can our native language be added?

Absolutely, a new language can be added upon customer request. The entire platform will then be available in the new language. More languages, including major Asian ones, will be added over time. Welcome to Certifqat.com.

What is a “trust document”?

A trust document, often referred to as a trust deed or trust instrument, is a document that establishes a trust. It outlines the terms and conditions under which the trust operates.

How does the database work with multi-site certified companies or multinational groups?

Yes, you set up a profile for each company with their specific certificates. The companies are linked together by using “Connected companies.”

We want to join—what are the steps?

It’s simple. After you accept the agreement and terms of service, the Certifiqat onboarding team will assist with setting up your profile, uploading certificates, crafting effective descriptions, and managing badges, among other tasks. Once you approve the content and layout, your company will be published immediately.

We want to make changes to our profile. How do we do that, and are there any costs involved?

To make changes to your profile, simply contact the Certifiqat support team. There may be a fee for extensive modifications, but routine updates are typically included in your service package. For detailed information on potential costs, please refer to your agreement or contact support directly.

How is your pricing structured?

The platform is designed for global use, welcoming clients from around the world. It features a straightforward and simple pricing model, with an annual fee required for each company profile.

You only pay for having a company profile and not for additional items such as the number of certificates or other features.

For larger corporations that want extra features or additional services, pricing is provided upon request.

How is the platform beneficial for our sales organization?

Since all your certificates and other significant trust documents are gathered in one place, sales representatives do not need to search for or attach documents during the sales process. Simply refer to your profile. This will save time and reduce the risk of using incorrect or expired certificates.

It contributes to making sales stronger by enhancing credibility and showcasing your company’s strengths through its certifications.

What is the purpose of describing each certificate with “about this document”?

Here, you can write about the certificate and its significance. It is common to include the scope text, but more importantly, to explain the importance of the certificate in terms of its impact on the organization, customers, suppliers or whatever you like and the contributions it has made.
