Welcome to Certifiqat (Red Pcs AB). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Certifiqat’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Certifiqat offers a centralized platform for managing, showcasing, and storing certificates and other trust documents. Our services include, but are not limited to, the creation and management of company profiles, document storage, and access to various features and tools designed to enhance your business’s credibility and efficiency.

3. Subscription and Fees

  • Annual Fee: The subscription fee for using the Company Profile is explained in the agreement.
  • Billing: The fee is invoiced annually in advance upon signing the agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Term and Termination

  • Term: The subscription period is one year, commencing from the date of the agreement.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current term. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period. If the contract is not terminated a new one year period is activated and invoiced.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Content: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your company profile and ensure that all documents uploaded comply with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Use of Platform

  • Permitted Use: You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Use: You must not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property rights, or distribute harmful or malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with Certifiqat remain the property of Certifiqat or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Certifiqat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription during the current term.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Amendments

Certifiqat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Swedeb. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform will be resolved in the competent courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
