Dessutom till\u00e4mpas PRP-program (pre-requisite programs). Standardiseringen av hela processen fr\u00e5n producent till konsument syftar till att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att b\u00e5de producenter och \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare snabbt kan reagera p\u00e5 eventuella h\u00e4lsorisker och identifiera fel i kedjan. I och med revideringen inf\u00f6rdes den moderna h\u00f6gniv\u00e5strukturen (HLS), vilket g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att integrera ISO 22000-certifiering i ett befintligt ledningssystem. Fr\u00e5n och med den 29 juni 2021 kan f\u00f6retag endast certifieras enligt den senaste standarden ISO 22000:2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De fyra k\u00e4rnomr\u00e5dena i ISO 22000-standarden f\u00f6r livsmedelss\u00e4kerhet.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO 22000 f\u00f6r livsmedelss\u00e4kerhet omfattar fyra k\u00e4rnomr\u00e5den.
