V\u00fdrobci, distributo\u0159i a stravovac\u00ed spole\u010dnosti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm certifikace prokazuj\u00ed dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hygienick\u00fdch a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch standard\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certifik\u00e1t ISO 22000 pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky dnes neust\u00e1le p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed v\u0161echny hranice, po\u017eadavky z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f na bezpe\u010dnost potravin se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed a ot\u00e1zky udr\u017eitelnosti jsou zde na denn\u00edm po\u0159\u00e1dku. Proto je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma, kter\u00e1 by zaru\u010dila bezpe\u010dnost celosv\u011btov\u00e9ho prodeje potravin, a tak vznikla norma ISO 22000. Norma je n\u00e1strojem pro organizace nakl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed s potravinami, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje identifikovat zdravotn\u00ed rizika a p\u0159edch\u00e1zet jim. Syst\u00e9m vych\u00e1z\u00ed z HACCP a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky zaveden\u00e9ho modelu syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ISO 9001. C\u00edlem normy, kterou lze integrovat s normami ISO 9001 i ISO 14001, je, aby va\u0161e spole\u010dnost m\u011bla dob\u0159e zavedenou kontrolu nad nebezpe\u010d\u00edm ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm bezpe\u010dnost potravin a zaru\u010dila bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnost potravin m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro zdrav\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel\u016f. Nedostatky v hygien\u011b a bezpe\u010dnosti v potravinov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci mohou m\u00edt \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. D\u00edky norm\u011b ISO 22000 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed obchodn\u00edci a v\u00fdrobci vysokou bezpe\u010dnost a kvalitu v procesech v\u00fdroby a distribuce krmiv a potravin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma ISO 22000 zav\u00e1d\u00ed transparentn\u00ed a mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b uzn\u00e1vanou normu pro v\u0161echny \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky potravinov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce. C\u00edlem normy ISO 22000 je zaru\u010dit bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky pro spot\u0159ebitele a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00fd\u0161it spokojenost z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma kombinuje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 prvky bezpe\u010dnosti potravin, v\u010detn\u011b transparentn\u00ed komunikace, sledovateln\u00fdch proces\u016f a z\u00e1sad HACCP. Krom\u011b toho se uplat\u0148uj\u00ed programy p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed (PRP). Standardizace cel\u00e9ho procesu od v\u00fdrobce ke spot\u0159ebiteli m\u00e1 zajistit, aby v\u00fdrobci i prodejci mohli rychle reagovat na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika a identifikovat z\u00e1vady v \u0159et\u011bzci. Organizace, kter\u00e9 jsou ji\u017e certifikov\u00e1ny podle normy ISO 22000, mohou rovn\u011b\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159ezkumu FSSC 22000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma ISO 22000 byla naposledy revidov\u00e1na v \u010dervnu 2018 a nahradila normu ISO 22000:2015. S reviz\u00ed byla zavedena modern\u00ed struktura vysok\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b (HLS), kter\u00e1 usnad\u0148uje za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed certifikace ISO 22000 do st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Od 29. \u010dervna 2021 mohou b\u00fdt spole\u010dnosti certifikov\u00e1ny pouze podle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed normy ISO 22000:2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cty\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed oblasti normy ISO 22000 t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se bezpe\u010dnosti potravin.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Norma ISO 22000 pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin zahrnuje \u010dty\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed oblasti. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch <strong>program\u016f p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed (PRP)<\/strong>, zaveden\u00ed a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed<strong> syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti potravin (FSMS),<\/strong> organizace <strong>intern\u00ed a extern\u00ed komunikace<\/strong> a pln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f <strong>HACCP<\/strong>. Pokud ji\u017e spole\u010dnosti zavedly syst\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti potravin, certifikace ISO 22000 zaji\u0161\u0165uje jeho pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a strukturovan\u00e9 dokon\u010den\u00ed.
